Vigneron: Julien et Pascale Freres

At the end of the 1980's Thierry Julien decided to settle down and take over the family farm and soon his brother Pascal, a teacher in a business school came to join him and the transition to organic wine production was immediately launched.
The vines are situated in the middle of the garrigue in clay-limestone soils. No chemicals are used in any of the winemaking process and even the amount of sulphites is very low. They are certified organic.
