Vigneron: Romuald Petit
Created in 2005 in Saint-Verand on the southern tip of Burgundy and the Beaujolais, with 8 hectares of vines comprising 80% Chardonnay and 20% Gamay, Romuald's vineyard is fully grown according to criteria of sustainable agriculture and labeled Terra Vitis.
Natural methods are preferred, the soil is plowed or grassed, and the work in the vineyard is performed almost entirely by hand. In the winery the grapes are worked in a natural, simple and unadorned fashion, leaving the identity of each and every wine and terroir expressed.
